We are delighted to announce that Bon Vivaldi NRW ranks in the current FN breeding value estimation “Young Horse Tests Dressage” (as of November 2025) with a breeding value of 160 points among the Top 10 out of a total of 4,554 stallions. This places him not only among the best one percent of German dressage sires in the young horse test segment, but also underlines his genetic quality and breeding power in an impressive way.
For classification: the Top 25% of stallions achieve a young horse dressage breeding value of 111 points or better. The Top 10% reach at least 128 points, the Top 5% at least 136 points. The best one percent start at 149 points. With 160 points, Bon Vivaldi NRW is clearly in this elite range.
A key additional factor is the reliability (“Sicherheit”). It indicates how statistically reliable the estimated breeding value is: the higher the reliability, the more robust the breeding value. Bon Vivaldi NRW achieves an excellent reliability of 87% – a remarkably high figure that further strengthens the significance of this Top-10 ranking.
For our breeders, this Top-10 position means above all: Bon Vivaldi NRW stands for highly attractive, breeding-value-proven prospects in dressage offspring – with an objective, transparent classification within the entire published stallion population.
And this top rating is by no means just “theory on paper”: in 2025, Bon Vivaldi NRW produced two Vice Bundeschampions at the Bundeschampionat (New Balance OLD, Benjamin Franklin) as well as two further finalists (Be my Gold, Bellingham K OLD). In addition, from his very first crop comes the licensed Oldenburg Main Premium Champion Bon Bolero OLD as a flagship of his breeding excellence.
