2015 full of changes

Two sons of Belissimo describe our horses History in 2015. Bellini Gold (pictured right) is in March to his new owner and Barolo (left) is our latest addition.

All in all, the year of great changes. We have completely taken over the breeding after nearly 20 years of trusting cooperation with the family Gering from Ostercappeln. Unfortunately, they had family reasons to give up breeding and that gave us an opportunity to expand our scope of duties and here continue this valuable breeding with us. Seven mares are moved in with us and enrich our horse family. Exciting times with foal births are with us for the first time in the yard.

We have opened together with our vet Dr. Kirsten Schwenzer an EU-embryo transfer station here with us and expect in 2016 a great number of embryo foals. Also in 2016, this area will be available not only for our own mares but for all breeders available.

In stallion barn there was also a newcomer. Our stallion Bonard de Charry came in April 2015 to us and has evolved with our trainer Yvonne Reiser a real ribbon collector in the tournament season. In breeding he will be in use in 2016.

Also our gelding Sunlight of Sungold has made this year for a highlight and was completely surprising seventh in the finals of the Bundeschampionat.

So we thank all those who have contributed to the 2015 so was a great year for us and go full of joy and enthusiasm in a new year.
